In order to use the asitrack bug tracking software you need a license. Licenses are either granted for free or they can be purchased through the purchase page.

An asitrack license entitles you to:

  • Install a single instance of the asitrack Server application in a production environment on 1 server.
  • Install an unlimited number of instances of the asitrack Client application.
  • Name a limited number of users that can access the asitrack Server you registered. This number is specific to each license type.
  • Unlimited projects and issues.
  • Perpetual asitrack use for the versions covered by your maintenance plan.
  • Free technical support and application updates while your maintenance plan is active.

No. Each server requires its own license.

An active Maintenance Plan gives you access to free asitrack updates and technical support. While your Maintenance Plan is active, you can download and use newly released versions and also receive free technical support by email.

After your Maintenance Plan expires, you can still download and use any version released before the expiration date.

No. Your asitrack license will never expire. Even if your Maintenance Plan expires, you can still use your license with versions released before the Maintenance Plan expiration date.

You can purchase an upgrade through our License Upgrades page. Your current maintenance plan will be automatically upgraded. If your maintenance plan is expired, the license upgrade will automatically extend it so it covers the latest asitrack version.

All license upgrades are straightforward. The upgrade price is the difference between your current license and the one you need. There are no additional processing fees.

Yes. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, send us an email and request the cancellation of your license. A full refund will be granted to you, no questions asked.
